Powder electrical insulation technologies are used to create insulating coatings that protect metal parts from electrical discharges. There are several technologies of electrical insulation adopting a powder dipping fluidized bed that Termoresine uses on all its systems. 

This solution involves the application of an epoxy resin powder on the metal surface to be insulated. The metal component is preheated and immersed in a fluidised bed bath. Here the dust grains adhere to the surface before being hardened creating a solid and insulating coating. 

Termoresine applies a wide range of powdered epoxy products, to guarantee tailor-made solutions according to the customer’s needs. 

This type of product is in continuous development and the latest additions to our portfolio have allowed our company to offer coatings also in the automotive market, in particular in the Super and Hypercar sector, and in markets where it is necessary to have good thermal dissipation, in addition to electrical insulation.
